Camp Shawu

Camp Shawu named after the most famous of the African elephants, the Magnificent Seven. ‘Shawu bull’ roamed the valley here for sixty years. With the longest tusks ever recorded in Southern Africa, Shawu commanded instinctive respect and admiration from all who gazed upon him. Those lucky enough to have encountered this awe-inspiring bull say he took your breath away. Camp Shawu aims to do the same.

 

Camp Shonga

Camp Shonga is a small intimate bush retreat resting in the foothills of the Lebombo Mountains, overlooking the African bushveld. As part of 15,000 hectare private concession in the Kruger National Park, Camp Shonga gives the guests the opportunity to experience the real Africa – majestic, unfiltered and unadorned. The emphasis of the camp is on nature without losing the luxury and superior service our guests are accustomed to. We are striving top create the optimum balance between people and their environment, whilst having a minimal impact on the surrounding habitat.

They say Africa is still home to hidden treasures, Hoyo Hoyo Tsonga Lodge is one of them.  Located on an ancient elephant route in a 10 000 hectare concession of the Kruger National Park, this unique camp is steeped in modern day opulence and luxury. 

 

Imbali Safari Lodge

Imbali Safari Lodge is perfectly situated in one of nine pre-allocated private concessions within the Kruger National Park and has been carefully designed to have minimal impact on the natural environment. 

Hamiltons Tented Camp

Situated in 10 000 hectare concession area in the Kruger National Park, Hamiltons Tented Camp offers a unique private safari experience. Six magnificent canvas tents complete with teak floorboards, mosquito nets, slipper baths, and outdoor showers are linked to the main lodge by raised timber walkways amongst ancient Jackalberry trees.

Pestana Kruger Lodge is situated less than a kilometre away from Malelane Gate, the most southern entrance to the Kruger National Park.  It is approximately 4 hours drive from Johannesburg (402km), 56km from Nelspruit, 6km from the town of Malelane, 176km from Maputo and an hour’s drive from Swaziland.

Honeyguide Mantobeni

Honeyguide Mantobeni Camp is designed to reflect Hemingways’ Africa, this 12 tented camp is nestled in a Tamboti grove overlooking a dry river bed. The reception areas comprise a large sitting area, indoor and outdoor areas, bar and climate controlled wine cellar.

Jackalberry Safari Lodge

Pafuri Camp

Pafuri Camp lies on a gentle bend along the northern bank of the Luvuvhu River, under the shade of enormous ebony and nyala berry trees. The Luvuvhu draws many different animals to its waters, from elephant, buffalo and nyala to wading birds and fish eagles. The main deck has ample room to sit and watch the daily passage of wildlife to and from the river, and the swimming pool is perfect for cooling off in the heat of the day. The dining and lounge areas are open to the river view, and a lower-level terrace is perfect for watching sunrise with a cup of freshly brewed coffee, or sipping sundowners as the sky darkens and the crickets begin to sing.

 

Thornybush Game Lodge

Adjacent to the Greater Kruger National Park, within the famous Thornybush Nature Reserve is the Collection’s largest operation, Thornybush Game Lodge. Registered by the Tourism authorities as a five star offering,  this Lodge is renowned for small groups, weddings, milestone birthday celebrations or business indaba’s. Whilst the size of the Lodge attracts special gatherings, the configuration of the self-contained luxury suites provides for privacy and solitude for couples and smaller groups visiting this special Lodge.

Eight comfortable tents, each with private facilities and feature bushveld  bath, connected by pathways with the main Camp.

Our permanent luxury tents offer you a en-suite bedroom with air-conditioning and a private deck. Our restaurant offers true South African hospitality and local food. A range of safari adventures are available at the camp.At Nkambeni Tented Lodge we are committed to the preservation of pristine wilderness areas. Our suites are designed and constructed to guarantee minimum impact on the natural habitat. For that reason the suites have been built on wooden stilts. The accommodation at Nkambeni Tented Lodge consists of 150 beautifully appointed luxury timber and canvas tented suites.
